A idea that put students in Live Industry applications. They need to work on commissioned assignments as well as interact heavily with Industry mentors. The Work and Teach sessions would be a culmination of the learning process of the students over the two years and enable them to apply their knowledge and skills in real time.

Different students groups approach a live situation from different verticals, they research the relevant Industry, brainstorm over issues, conduct a SWOT analysis of the company and the product, find out 'alternative' creative management solutions under the guidance of Industry mentors and finally present it to the concerned company. And when they like it and implement the solution, students get a management consultancy fee.
