Globsyn Management Journal is a bi-annual publication of Globsyn Business School, Kolkata, India. The Journal is an attempt to contribute to a better understanding of organizations and their functioning by presenting conceptually sound and methodologically rigorous articles which provide insights and advance knowledge on managerial, business and organization issues.

Every issue of the journal carries a mix of research articles, book reviews, perspectives and interfaces. Research Articles may be analytical and/or empirical in nature and focus on the analysis and resolution of managerial issues in organizations. The Book Review section presents reviews of current books on various management domains.

Perspectives aims at identifying and highlighting emerging issues and paradigms in management. The Interfaces section presents articles from professionals focusing on managerial applications of management practices, theories, and concepts.

Globsyn Management Journal invites original contributions from both academicians and practitioners on various management, business, and organizational issues. The journal welcomes research-based articles on topics of current concern. Articles, based on theoretical or empirical research or experience, should illustrate the practical applicability and/or policy implications of the work described. Each article is refereed.
