R.C Bhattacharya
Director: An alumnus of the Cranfield Business
School, UK; Wharton Business School, U.S; and North
Staffordshire, UK; he was Head of Marketing, Indian Oxygen
Ltd. (now BOC India Ltd.). He was also the Senior Vice
President - Marketing with one of the Aditya Birla Group
Companies.
He has been teaching Industrial Marketing,
Marketing of Services, Strategic Marketing and other topics
on Marketing for many years and offers first-hand experience
in Strategic Alliances and Brand Building in Industrial
Markets, Corporate Marketing, Relationship Marketing,
Loyalty Building etc. in his Programs.
Jayanta Mukhopadhyay
(Dean,Faculty
Development & Research): Prof. Mukhopadhyay,
an engineer from IT-BHU, Varanasi and a PGDM from IIM
Calcutta, was a Senior Vice President at SREI. He has 17
years of professional experience with companies like BOC
India, IBP- Balmer Lawrie, Alghanim - one of the largest
companies in Kuwait and Dunlop.
He had also worked
with the subsidiary of T. Hoare & Co. where several of
his equity research reports were published from their London
office. He has been a visiting faculty at IIM Calcutta and
other leading B-Schools and has been undertaking consulting
assignments, in-company trainings and MDPs.
Tridibesh Bandyopadhyay (Dean,Academic Affairs): Prof. Bandyopadhyay is an engineer from Jadavpur University
and PGDM from IIM Calcutta. He has a mix of professional
& entrepreneurial experience over 13 years in Project
Management, Strategic Consulting, Advertising, International
Trade, Joint Ventures, and General Insurance.
On behalf of Australian High Commission in
India, he has been a key member of the three industry teams
for South Asia - IT, Infrastructure and Mining. He has been
a visiting faculty in marketing to IMT Gaziabad, IISWBM
& other B-Schools; also undertaken regular in-company
trainings with Tata Steel, IBM, HCL, Balmer Lawrie, Reliance
Infocomm etc.
Prabir
Guha, HOD, Department of Marketing: An
alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, Prof. Guha has over 40 years of
corporate experience in reputed companies like Tata Davy,
Tata Robins, Simon Carves India etc.
He also holds a
postgraduate Diploma in Marketing. Prof. Guha is associated
with reputed Universities of US and UK for various academic
activities.
Debaprasad
Chattopadhyay, H.O.D,
HR:
Prof. Chattopadhyay has
graduated from University of Calcutta. He obtained PGDM and
also has done a program in marketing, sales and advertising
management from IIMM, Kolkata. He has over 33 years of
corporate experience in reputed companies like Merck &
Co, Organon, Dr. Reddy's Laboratory where he was divisional
manager-Training & Development. He has worked for both
inland and overseas in marketing, sales & training.
Besides teaching at prominent B Schools, he has also
conducted many MDPs.
Supriyo
Chatterji H.O.D. Information Systems: An
MCA and MBM (Personnel Management) from Calcutta University,
he also attended a CMM Level 5 Assessment Team Member
Training from Bleum Inc. Shanghai and comes with a rich 8
years experience in the domain.
