The process of marketing for any company involves all activities to satisfy the customers and to earn profits simultaneously. Success for the marketing professionals depends on whether they have the right knowledge and the right attitudes.
At Globsyn Business School we address the problem in a unique way. To impart the right education we teach Marketing Management in Terms 1 and 2 with a student classroom contact period of 66 hours. In Term 3, we dedicated 33 hours exclusively only to teach Marketing Research.
Students majoring in Marketing are taught specialising subjects in Terms 4, 5 and 6. These specialisation subjects include Product & Brand Management, Sales & Distribution Management, Services Marketing, Advertising & Sales Promotion, B2B Marketing, Global Marketing, Retail Management, Strategic Marketing, and Consumer Behaviour.
Relevant marketing subjects are also taught to the students who major in other fields. The subjects offered to them include Services Marketing, Sales & Distribution Management, Strategic Marketing and Consumer Behaviour.
To impart the right attitudes, the pedagogy includes making presentations and solving relevant practical industrial cases in class. The students visit prominent industrial institutions and also undergo a rigorous internship period during the summer vacation in between the 1st year and 2nd year classes.
